The location was perfect just a few minutes walk from the Main Square with the Railway Station nearby. The facilities were very good, the staff very helpful and a good selection for the buffet breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to all who wanted a hotel in the Old Town. The location was perfect for a lone woman traveller like me. I was leftalone, but knew I could chat with the reception staff if I needed to.The staff were very friendly and helped with taxis and a trip toauschwitz.

No lift (as we were on the 3rd floor) but to be fair we knew about that before we booked it. not really, food service was a little slow on ordering and meals did not arrive together but otherwise very good.We knew that the Hotel did not have a lift, but the stairs were possibly a little steep. We were in a front room and due to the central location you will experience street noise till the early hours. Also as it is an old building there are winding stairs which may be an inconvenience for older residents as there is no lift.front rooms noisey on sat evening/ sun morning, but didnt spoil stay. the furniture needs restauration. TV control did not work, drains in bathroom need attention, breakfast area a little drab and underground. stairs. twin rooms were a bit small.
