We had a wonderful experience here! We are English speaking, and we were always able to communicate with the staff with no issues. We were also very impressed with the ability to set up tours at Auschwitz, salt mines, square tour by golf cart, etc. we were also very close to the bus stop so we were able to enjoy the huge Krakow Galleria. We ordered from take out menus provided by the front desk, and they were all in Polish. We used a translator in our room, & the staff was ever so kind enou.
all reviews » We have just returned from a four night stay at the Liv'Inn Aparthotel. We were not dissapointed. The staff could not be more charming and helpful and were always willing to assist with any queries or request with a smile. The breakfast area was modern, clean. The buffet breakfast is very good and gives a wide choice of cereals, cold meats and a hot choice as well. The rest of the staff all appeared to do their jobs efficently. The hotel is a little way out from the main attractions but this. The staff were very helpful and kind. They answered any questions we had and provided suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. We had secure parking for our car so we didn't have to worry about that. There is a small fenced yard in the back so we were able to let our dogs off their leashes to run around for a bit. The apartment itself was clean and roomy. It had a washer in the bathroom and full kitchen. There is an L shaped balcony overlooking the yard. We would definitely stay. What a pleasant surprise - having paid only a small amount for our accommodation we were amazed at the size of the apartment, how clean it was and the fact that it was cleaned daily (as you would expect a hotel room and not an apartment). Complimentary and coffee. Printed information sheet daily - very useful. Very reasonable breakfast served each morning (if you didn't want to self cater). Very lovely restaurant within 5 minute walk - Dali Bar, which you can get a 10% discount card from Liv . Liv'Inn Hotel is convenient for the airport to and from by bus, stop just a short 5 minute walk. As it's location is 15 minutes walk away from the main square it's better value for money. Nice and quite still with good bakery and coffee shops restaurants and bars around locally. Even a little market just 5 minute walk away. If arriving in a car, plenty of parking around the area. Good self contained apartment with well equipped kitchen. Free tea and coffee. The staff were awesome - they could not have done more to make us feel welcome and whatever we needed they were more than happy to help out - including teaching us Polish expressions and helping us find our way around! The room was really comfortable and plenty of space with cooking facilities - however eating out was not too expensive so we did not need to use them. Breakfast was included and there was usually enough to eat. The single room I had was the equivalent of a normal double room. Very comfortable, warm bed. Large TV screen, large ensuite shower room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the hallway meant I didn't have to struggle filling a kettle from the handbasin. Excellent buffet breakfast with a good choice of cheeses, meats, Polish sausage, salad, yoghurt etc. Very very clean. And very very good value for money. As a stag party we was not expecting much from the appartment, but to our surprise there were excellent, we had booked 3 appartments sleeping 4 each and worked out to be about £17 per night, which obviously left us more money to enjoy ourselves, would definitley receommend these appartments to anybody!!. Great and helpfull staff. Large and comfort room. Breakfast is good. Some rooms have a very good balcony! They have elevator which is good for moving luggages. Free wifi in the room, but not every place in the room has a good signal, carry a repeater is recommended. One of the best three-star hotels we have ever been. Clean room with modern furniture and fresh smell. Boiler with a hot water on every floor, friendly and well english-speaking personal. The hotel is great value for the money and would strongly recommend. Location of the apartments are 15 min. of walking from the main square. The apartment is bright, warm and well equiped. Nothing. The location isn't great but it's not terrible either. We chose to leave our car in the garage and take the train into the city center. It's about a 15 minute walk to the train station. There a few small restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk. It was quite a walk to the central square - but that is clearly stated on apartment details. Wasn't a problem for us but is a 15 minute walk to the main square. Could always catch the tram. Room service was very discreet - maybe a little too discreet as I think the room/bathroom was not cleaned every day. However rubbish was removed and we were supplied with everything we needed. Paying entrance fee to go up the mountain!. Nothing. Everything was excellent. Was too far away from main square if walking, about 20-25 minutes. One of our bed frame is broken which makes it unsafe, I got myself a small wound by stepping on the broken bed. Hot water is sometimes not enough or unstable. You can hear the other room's laughter or loudly conversation. Everything is ok. none. The kitchen was not clean, the beds are not very comfortable. A little too far from the train station to walk with luggage. Main square also a little bit far but it was the choice we've made. Placed by quite a busy street, leaving a window opened for a night wasn't a good idea. Small TV. Seems a bit overpriced at a regular price. Remote control very dirty. Dirty caravan parked right outside Could have done with more mirrors. Nothing negative to report. Nothing. no shelf in shower to put glasses on. Uncomfortable bed. Towel. We had no air conditioning and we had to sleep with the window open so that we wake up very early in the morning traffic. For five days stay not changed our sheets and pillowcases. To far from main attractions, bedding not up to hotel standard. little out of the way hard to find and no extra pillars for the bed. No air-con hard bed useless pillows. old rooms, but apparenty next spring the rooms will be totally renewed. Dirty, expensive, poor breakfast.
