The crew were very nice, they can speak either English and German. The place is well reachable with public transport; located in a green area of the city. The price is good, although there can be downsides expected like groups of noisy neighbours on the same floor, no TV(4th floor), no tea-coffee facilities, and, if you stay on the to floor- no lift. Clean, cheap, basic, next to the bas stop and Nowa Huta district, good connection with old Krakow town. Very good price for two rooms with 4 beds, good internet connection, and good city connection with any buses and after that tram 52!. Clean and nice hotel, friendly staff. 30 min to go to the downtown by tram N14 and 53. Close to Bus stop, clean room. really for very budget oriented traveler. No fan/aircon.No kettle in the room.No fridge. beds was not really comfortable. 10 stops from old city. Mould on ceiling in the bathroom. Room equipment very poor (missing TV, although advertised in the description); dirty floor/bathroom. furniture, breakfast poor,. far from the center (about 20 min by car); poor furniture; bad smell; good price, but rather'd choose another. far from city center,no elevator ,very basic rooms ,old bath.
