A short walk from the train station, & greeted by Justyna outside the apartment. She gave us heaps of info about Krakow, things to see & do. Lovely apartment with everything you need, even washing powder, dish washing liquid & sponges! Don't be discouraged by the courtyard or dodgy staircase, a beautiful modern apartment inside where you can feel safe & at home. Was sad to leave!.
all reviews » The apartment was in a central location; everything was within walking distance. Justyna was more than helpful, arranging a taxi from the airport and also trips to visit Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. Krakow was beautiful in the snow and the apartment was very warm and in immaculate condition. The apartment was a short walk from Krakow Glowny railway station. It was beautifully refurbished in an old building. It was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Justyna was fabulous,booking tours for us and directing us to the best spots in the old town. Justyna was great - helped us with getting to the apartment from the airport and arranging tickets for trips. The apartment was really modern. Great facilities including coffee maker, dishwasher and wifi. The apartment had a perfect old town location for exploring the city. It was very comfortable and nicely designed with everything one needed. Onwers were responsive and helpful!. Very nice, clean and well equipped room with interesting architecture headed in the center of the town. Especially appealing personnel :). Fantastic location, excellent value and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The staff is 100%! Many thanks! The appartment is very charming and very central. Location, price. Justyna and her partners were very kind and helpful. Perfect for everyway. Interior design. Location. The staircase feels a little fragile under foot & with luggage, but I think it is being renovated anyway. Some noise from the street from late night drinkers, apartment could have done with more of a thorough clean. While the apartment itself is wonderful, the building it is located in is oft-putting. Access is via poorly lit, poorly built stairs. Also the town is noisy at night so if that bothers you, don't stay in old town. Because of the perfect location it was quite noisy as many drunked people cross throught the streets. Because the location is so great it gets very loud at night (Krakau is a very livly city with lots of excelent restaurants and bars), so bring your earplugs.. still worth it. I would replace the courtains to make it darker at night and the mattress was a bit too soft four our taste: still, we would go back anytime. No lift, a lot of dust and bad smell on the stairs. The appatment looks bigger in the web photos. A carelessness by Justyna on the schedule of the castle was not as effective because the visit had closed earlier. But at least our agency satisfied enough. The apartment was not cleaned properly. We had a feeling that our linen has not been changed after previous guests! Also the smell in the bathroom was awful. Lastly, it was loud. The place is located over a night club so lots of noise from drunk people at nights.
