Kazimierz is the best solution for young couples stay with all bars, expò (even close to the river and hotel forum..) etc etc.. but even very very close to the Castle and market square. Abel Hostel is an excellent quality/price for visit the city. Very friendly staff.. Bravi !!. - Fantastic location - At the end of our 4-day stay we didn't have to pay the tourist tax - Very helpful staff - Spacious room with a lot of space in the wardrobe - Clean, private bathroom - Free Wi-Fi - Free tea/coffee in the kitchen.
all reviews » Stylish, retro style, friendly staff, good location for restaurants and visiting Krakow, super value for money. There is no lift, but my friend and I are ardent walkers, so this was not an issue. I stayed 2 nights here and the location is perfect for this side of town.realy good value but remember no breakfast in the price but plenty of places to eat near by.Room clean and quiet. Room was a good size, clean. Staff were pleasant, willing to do anything for you. Shower was slow emptying but sorted out quickly. Would recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic both ancient and trendy ! The prices very attractive. The staff professional and friendly . The hotel is extremly clean and tidy. It was clean. You could make your own coffee in the kitchen. Close to shops, bars/restaurant. Close to castle & other interesting sights. Friendly staff, great location. twin bed (even if joined). - The room didn't have air conditioning - The room faced a noisy street, very loud even at night, which was to be expected right in the night-life centre of the city. Not really a crucial disadvantage, but still pretty tiring - If we had the windows open, all movement in our room reflected in the windows of the opposite building. oh dear the bathroom clean yes but the toilet was almost impossible to use as it was trapted between the sink and shower not good.I am not a large person, if you are avoid room 24.and ask about this before you book??. Kitchen slightly basic, but had everything needed, toaster would have been helpful. Generally good standard of hygiene in kitchen. Plenty of cups,plates.bowls ect. Curtains weren't attached properly to pole & one fell off completely. The room smelled with sewage :( Precisely the room no 22, I stayed on the 1st floor before and there was not such a problem. - Twin bed instead of double - changing towels every three days - room not being cleaned. They didnt clean the room in our three day period.. We need to ask for toilet paper at the reception!!. small beds. A bit noisy. Bring your ear plugs. nothing. The cleaning is awful. I stayed 5 nights and during that time towels were not replaced, bed sheets, not even toilet paper. The drain was quite clogged and I found out it was easy to remove for clean up, sadly judging by the amount of hair it was never been cleaned before. Besides my credit card was not accepted through online payment so i had to pay when i arrived but it seams that is a problem with polish banks. Reserved Double bed. They gave us twin beds. Great. I complained and they say that they don't have double, not even one. So why do you offer it in the web ? They say: it is in Polish on the web, not in English. So if you book in English, and choose a double bed, it is not true, because they don't have it. Also the mattress was poor quality.
