Very good number, clean, big, very comfortable bed, good service and personnel. And restaurant on the first floor was all we wanted after exhausting flight: very friendly officiant talking few languages and bery tasty dishes. The hotel is simply great.Very modern interior design.The cleaness and comfort are on very high level.The staff could not have been more helpful when it comes to a help with any issue or inquire. all reviews » Great hotel inside, executive room was nice and spacious. had everything i needed, a gym, tv, coffee facilities (executive rooms only i believe). Staff were very good also. Modern, clean hotel with very good restaurant. This was my business visit to Katowice but hotel had everything I needed. I would definitely stay in this place again. Nice staff, really pretty design of the hotel, everything stylish and clean. The breakfast was also really good, especially the coffee was delicious. Hotel gave all that was promised. The restaurant was really splendid - true pleasure to dine there. The same to say about breakfast. Comfort in room, and the restaurant was brilliant as always. I know they do the show there, a kind of. Still, you can enjoy it. This is an excellent, clean and quiet out of town all beautiful and plentiful good food what should shares for a great holiday. Rachel. Good breakfast coffee. 1. WiFi. It's not close to the center of Katowice and we were a bit lost when tried to find it. There was not much in the area but i was on a business trip so it suited my needs. There were problems to find it following the gps. If you're a vegatarian, double check that the food you order in the restaurant is really vegetarian!. The location is seriously remote. The building is old and not impressive at all. Rooms are quite small, uncomfortable much too small washbasins. Waiters looked slightly tired this time when going for dinner at hotel's restaurant. But everything was delicous again. The hotel is a bit far from city center. You have to take a taxi. The area around the hotel is very poor. But people are nice. Restaurant menu limited. Wi-fi doesn't work in rooms, far from main town. Not clearly seperated smoker rooms. Booked none smoker room but got with smoke smell. A little bit out of the town. Missed my room cleaning one day. Also air conditioning system in my room could not cope with power of morning sun. It was like a greenhouse until the sun went into ambush. very compact rooms, far from the city center, vehicle noise all the night.. Rooms are not soundproof. You fill like someone is walking near your bad. The cars riding on the street in front of the hotel are also annoying. Take the rooms that are not street front!. I didn't like the staff. They try to charge my credit card before arrival, and I have to pay before check in- never happend before to any hotel. The elevator didn' t work for 2 hours - we had to use the stairs. Big noise from the street. Hotel is located just off the highway - an awful noise! Lift nightmare - communication takes tens of minutes. The hotel's Adam Gessler restaurant glory are long gone - the stuff, food a way too expensive for the quality. Problem with wi fi. Problem if you have to work at night in the room - noise coming from everywhere. 1. Too much noise from other guests 2. Elevators out of order 3. Shower with extremely low water pressure 4. Lack of tidyness 5. Overpriced restaurant.
