Ironing facilties are available at the front desk. The restaurant serves a la carte dishes and there also is a bar for guests to relax with a drink. There is a computer with free internet access in the reception area. Internet hotspot is available in the entire hotel. The front desk staff is available 24 hours a day and guests can buy tea and coffee there. Guests can rent out children's chairs at a surcharge.

Location was pretty good.If the rooms were upgraded to the reception facilities then it would be excellent value for money. Large clean rooms. Helpful staff.Wifi internet in the rooms. The hotel is inside newly reconstructed and decorated. Close to the town. The staff spoke English well and were most helpful. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable.good location, next to the solidarity monument and 10 mins walk from tourist central. Next to tram station. Staff are very friendly and rooms are more like 4 star, spotless and with a brand new feel.

We arrived very early and they let us check in before 12 even though the offical time for check in was 3! The room was comfortable and big and had everything we needed. The hotel did not look good at all from the outside but the inside was a complete surprise, really nice! Good value for money! Great location!. Would have been nice to have coffe making facilities in rooms.The hotel is next to the Solidaity shipyards and is a little off from the very center of Gdansk though not far. There is a bus station very near the hotel and it would have been good if the desk had information on how these busses run and which to take where. The busses should be preferred to the nearby tram because they run much more often. Unfortunately there is no lift but we had 1st floor room. From outside the hotel looksreally awful,but inside everything is ok.No bar or restaurant facilities, 10 minute walk for the nearest of either. The smokers are discriminate in all hotel's spaces.the matress. The hotel hasn't been open for very long and it seems like things may have been done in a bit of a hurry, on our last day we couldn't use the sink as it was leaking water really badly!. There is no bar.From outside the hotel looked awful but we were very pleasantly surprised once inside.The towels were of poor quality and not changed but we were only there for 2 nights so not a big problem. no elevator, no airco, location outside city center. The bread rolls at breakfast were not delicious and there were no fresh fruits. A very idiosyncratic response: difficulties with communication at times. However, it was far worse in general in the Gdansk community - the lack of English speaking left me somewhat intimidated and "alone" at times.outside of hotel. Traveling as a woman with a heavy suitcase, hotel with no elevator...The breakfast was were expensive (20 zl/perrs/day). Also there where no fridge on the hotelroom. Wasn't cleaned regularly (so no clean towels or fresh soap) .. heatingstuck on full (room very hot) .. bit of a run-down area .. looks muchworse from the oustide than it actually is inside ..Malodorous smell in the bathroom. The undersheet on the bed was very coarse and unconfortable as was the bed itself. The towels felt as if you were drying yourself with sandpaper!. Surrounding area was a little run down. The hotel has no elevator and it was six flights of stairs to my room. Outside the hotel the lighting is very poor and the ground difficult to negotiate to reach the building. The location is bleak and quite forbidding at night, which may be a particlar issue with single female travellers in particular. Barking guard dogs at adjacent shipyard late at night.It looks terrible from the outside, old ruined crummy buildings and barbed wire. bad smell from toilet.

In the heart of the city the hotel is next to the main gate to the Gdansk Shipyard, where Solidarnosc Square is located. The hotel is about ten minutes walk from Gdansk’s historic Old City and the Long Market. The city’s main street, Podwale Grodzkie Street, and the main coach and railway stations are also only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Unfortunately the hotel is not accessible for disabled guests.

The hotel has a conference room with a capacity of 50 delegates.
