The hotel buildings are beautiful, the whole hotel has a calm, relaxing feel. The pool, spa e.t.c. were first rate, and there is a good selection of treatments available, including a lovely manicure at a very reasonable price! We had a junior suite which was very nicely furnished, a good size [we had a huge bathroom] and very clean. The setting is lovely too, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perferct spot to have a rest. The staff is fluent in english, the hotel is fabulous with a great spa area and the hotel' s restaurant has a nice food and wine menu. The cellar is the place to be to have a drink before or after dinner.

Staff can be a little more friendly... The price!...but then it was supposed to be 5 star!. After working 16-18 hours days for two weeks including the weekend Ibooked a weekend at this hotel just to get as much rest as possible. Ispent many hours in the nice spa and swimming pool. Anyhow, at Saturdaynight there’s was a party in the restaurant and they were playing louddisco music all night. I was not able to get any sleep this night. Partyis ok for me, but in my opinion this is not. sitiated farway from the center of Gdansk. The service, the staff at breakfast did nothing to serve the customers.
