The staff were welcoming friendly and helpful throughout. Nothing beats the human touch. The view from the restaurant and balcony was as they say divine. Well worth patronizing this hotel. friendly and helpful staff, tv in room, greater to take edge off chill, overall layout of the place, excellent breakfasts, great location in the city (once you find it). Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, always available; location was in a quiet(ish) neighborhood with a pretty garden, great views.
