I'd really like the ambiance of Hotel,more on relaxing with Outdoor Pool and garden.Room were most spaciuos the Bar was Excellent and also the DJ he played nice Music.The Reception staff and Restaurant were friendly staff was excellent. I meet One Staff in the Bar his name Ruwan - Sri Lanka. His really kind and accomodating to all Guest. Keep up the good work buddies. Two thumbs up for you.
all reviews » We loved the pool, which was clean and very deep! We also thought the restaurant food was excellent. The decor was nice and the staff were friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Surrounding and the calmness which really comfort us when you are away from the busy schedule in the city. Hotel design, built round the pool. Food very good. Everything clean. I have stayed at the Al Wadi in the past, most recently was 3-years ago and it is an inexpensive place to stay over for a short night if you are just traveling from the UAE to Muscat. Location is good, close enough to the main road to make it easy to find but far enough away so as not to hear traffic. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfeast limited to 10 h 00 am ? nice new room, poor lights, flat screen tv, quiet night sleeped well. Pool ok but with some shade maybe better. the staff were kind and nice pool is good always take a room near the pool. i have stayed many times, and as a business traveller it ticks the boxes. location is good, rooms comfort, budget,. Simple Hotel,peace full environment. The looks of the hotel. Calmness of the area. It is close to work. people. attractive outside of the building; nice pool; good breakfast; parking;. there are some improvements and an attempt at a cheap quick fix for internet. Reception staff is quick and became very effective in booking you in and out. The Soprano club was empty when I went for Dinner and later I joined some locals for a few games of Pool. At least that help to pass the time. Liked the cleaning of the rooms and facility. Location. Friendly staff and quality breakfast. I was upset for thier Food and Beverage Menu. Should to provide a proper Menu. Room service staff should to know the phone etiquete how to answer the call and understand as well. There wasn't anything we didn't like. The toilets were stinky, advice you to put some air fresheners which will put away the bad smell. Not enough tea & coffee in room. Breakfast should come with a pot of tea or coffee and milk jug left on the table. We had very short time to enjoy the stay. not perfectly clean they do not help with heavy luggage. Beds better signposting as we missed it while driving and had to come back. elevator... swiming pool & bars not so good. The hallways to the inside rooms smell heavily of cigarette smoke, though the rooms weren't bad. Stayed in the pool-side rooms the last time and didn't have that problem. Poor light in a room, low ware pressure in bathroom, no menu in a room, high service charges 17 % not included, fair menu dinner, service room not clear included not included, poor menu. food was not good there is a bar next to the main door not good for families old not good value for money. Good selection for breakfast, but the hot items always seem to be cold, the staff dont seem to pay much attention, to busy talking to each other rather then looking after the customers. smell in the toilets. rooms lighting is dim little old. Hotel look old one with no facility as per new generation requirements,things should be improved. There are very big differences in the quality of rooms, I got a bad one with airconditioners immediately below the window and a view of wild bushes. Poor quality view, noise from neibouring room as there was one door between the two rooms, small deep swimming pool. The people treat you as if they do you a favor to let you stay there. One incident for breakfast I got asked 3 times for my room number and yet we were only 4 people in the restaurant.surely when they let you into the restaurant should be enough......and very bad internet. location and how is around the hotel ( green space , clean .. ). the bar is near the enterence main door. it was fearing. no umbrellas at the pool; rather tight-lipped staff; overpriced!. not being able to provide reliable internet facilities for months now and the fact that I had to tell reception to quite down a drunk guys music in the car park after 4 hours of listening to it, this was at 04h00 in the morning, why must i tell them to do it??? this guy is not even a guest and took over the parking. The staff was not aware of my booking when I arrived and I was treated as if they doing me a favour for giving me a room. Hotel is in a very deserted area. Full of lizards because they don't put the air condition in the hallways. Very expensive to eat in and all serving was Indian focused not for western. According to the standard of hotel your charges are high and having three star satandard only. Hotel looks tired and old, internet connection is intermittent.
