Attractive Arabesque design with modern twist in a tranquil setting, perfect for long walks on a white sand beach, fringed by date palms and lapped by gentle waves of the Indian Ocean. The staff couldn't be more accommodating and welcoming, and a generous breakfast buffet, included in the cost of the stay, started each day off right. It was only a 10-15 minute drive into Salalah, and as the major attractions of the area are, for the most part, outside the city, the location was an advantage.
all reviews » I recomend it for all visitor to salalah, the hotel is new, and the project not comopleted yet and when it complete it will be the perfect hotel, even that its the best hotel you get it in salalah. quit, comfort, most of rooms has a good view, internet free in the room. king size is compining of to queen so its huge. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the staff are excellent and extremely friendly.. I would definitely stay at this hotel again - infact I can't wait to return.. Food is fabulous, rooms are spacious and beautiful - every detail has been carefully thought about - Loved it. Peace-full, help-full staff, GR8 for Romantic getaways. Hire a car if u are in to see the city. The food was just excellent, specially the buffet breakfast. Nice Pools and Gym. very clean and nice. In all a perfect 5 star experience at an affordable budget. The staff very friendly, the complimentary water throughout the day, the free internet, the quietness, the hotel is still new and almost empty during the week, but more busy during the weekend. The beach front with both a wild beach and a private one. We stayed three nights in the Juweira hotel (the sister hotel of sifewy in As Sifa). Excellent value for the money. Excellent breakfast. Excellent facilities (pools). Endless sandy beach west of the hotel. The rooms were large and well appointed with lovely views. The beds around the pool were really comfortable. Very attractive hotel away from the noise of towns and cities. The cleanliness, the white walls, the bathroom size (one of the biggest I ever saw), the staff friendliness, the well garnished mini bar, internet, the balconies. Excellent staff, very accommodating. Very quite and serene. Great sea view. Overall a very relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of Muscat. Check-in service was great, got overbooked to appartment. There are construction around and in the future the place might become very busy, probably too busy for people who like the quietness of the place at the moment. The services offered could be better advertised : we discovered we could rent a car directly at the front desk, and it was fast and easy : they bring the car to the hotel and pick it up. The public beach is a little bit dirty. Men and women are not allowed to use the gym at the same time. Still maintance work close to nearby the hotel. The hotel beach is still under construction. I didn't notice any toilets around the pool without having to go inside to the gym area. No changing rooms by the gym - but perhaps not yet completed. some of the services are not ready yet...alcohol is only provided on the pool bar and not the main restaurant...there is only one central restaurant and one seafood restaurant 2 minutes walking distance. There was nothing I could fault. Away from everything, you do really need a rental car. Some small details like broken lights. Area still in development so a lot of construction going on. No benches on the marina walk. Expensive restaurants. there was not furniture in the terrace, the wifi was not working in the room and in general it was not very powerfull... No hot water in the shower the first day, but it was fixed on the second night. sometimes no hot water. No life guard on the beach. A bit far from city center 20 km. Nothing else. Rude staff at breakfast - didn't care at all Big issues with hot water here Too pricey for what it is now Loud music by pool - not relaxing. I didn't like the staff in restaurent. I didn't like the breakfast, everyday was same menu. Please change some items everyday. The location was a bit far from the town centre and isolated. Away from Salalah downtown .. Some staff are not well trained to deal with customers.. Requested baby cot at reservation but did not get it at chech in because they don't have enough!. you need a car rent for this hotel for sure. - Had the previous guest's dirty underwear hanging in the bathroom - Housekeeping were consistently late to clean the room - I had to ask for things repeatedly to get done. The breakfast can be better ... Also the gym should be open for 24 hrd rather than closing it in the evening. There was always a problem between open doors and running ACs. That´s not realy eco- friendly. Two chairs in the room would be nice. Multi ipad/phone/computer multi plug area for charging. *Restaurant prices are outrageous with a limited menue *Too many flies in restaurant that can be controlled by simply instaling insect killer *No children facilities except for swimming pool. The designe of the bathroom with the dressing inside is not practical. the staff response to the customer not good it seems that they have shortage in manpower room path not will equipped in hotel like this 5 star it shouldn't be like this there is no teeth brush and I ordered it but no thing happened also I noticed mosquitos in the room. quite far from Salalah. * Outdoor smell can be annoying. Bathroom is not good, bathroom's door is not opening, and bathroom is very small and it doesn't have bath tube. The staff, they just need more training. They don't smile and I can't understand anything from them. The smell from the lagoon and the waterways around the hotel was to say the least unbearable. The whole area is a building site and apart from the hotel there's nothing around. There are no other restaurants or shops except in Salalah which is 15k away. In two or three years the area will be superb but at the moment it is not a destination we will be returning to. the network of water is too weak. because they dont have hot water. Only two pools, one full of fly. High humidity inside rooms even with AC. Lot of mosquitoes inside room. Poor welcoming at check in. Far away from beach. Very bad access road. my check in was late midnight at 2.30am ,and my check out was at 2.am and i was charged for two full days high whole rates .at least the the two extra beds could have been provided as complementary rather than high chargeable rate. Still there is lots of construction, you can say it is 4 stars not 5 regarding their shortage of fascilities. smell coming from sea/marina no beach no grass/green area swimming pool level of humidity mosquito no sun price of food, and quality of the food service: they have playstation but not the game...so what is point?. Poor services from staff and failure to provide Internet service. Even 3G mobile coverage is not available. You are isolated from the world.
