We found the accommodation adequate, extremely good value for the price. The food and beverage manager, Mr. Mirza Kasim Baig, made the best concierge we ever encountered. He went out of his way to make our stay very comfortable. We ended up taking most of our meals at the hotel, because of his excellent attentiveness and friendliness. Under his direction, the food was excellent, and good value. Also, we requested detailed instructions to get to the hotel since lots of comments indicated that e.

Good internet connection (for those who suffered bad connection, just switch off your firewall and you'll be able to enjoy fast connection). There are routers in each room, perfect. Breakfast was good. Very kind staff member and very helpful. Private parking is easy indeed. The apartments were spacious (two bedrooms, living room, three bathrooms). All furniture was modern and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Excellent value for a family with young children. The manager and general manager were very helpful. Rooms spacious & clean. Dont beleive what you see on the picture..expensive and has small rooms. Nothing. The location was a bit "off the road". Offical city maps should be provided to hotel guests. Also the towel rack in the shower was extremely high. Good that the husband is tall, otherwise we would have to pull a chair to climb up to get the towels. (1) Somewhat remote location for those who do not have a car (2) Rooms little bit small but adequate (3) internet signal is weak (4) there is windows at pantry & laundry area without curtains therefore no privacy specially at night (5) some loud music played at early morning (6) there is separate key card for the rooms , once the room is closed & you forgot the key in side you will not be able to open from outside even with the master key. The airco units were placed in each room which was good, yet there was little possibility of managing room temperature. When the units were off it was too hot, when the units were on it was too cold. Kitchen useless, no equipment whatsoever. No forks, no spoons, no knives. A bit far from the city. View outside is of a building site, not really the nicest view you could have. Its not that easy to find the hotel. And maps provided are not very clear. Need more sunbeds around the pool. Seems like they changed their minds about building an "apartment " hotel half way through construction. The location is quite remote so it would be nice to have a fully equipped kitchen for those evenings when one doesn't want to go out for dinner. The restaurant menu doesn't have a variety, but it wasn't a big prob cuz there are restaurants near by. The pool is very small. its too far from the city. parking area is very restrected and not safe to park there, no setting room. Internet connection kept cutting. Check-in experience was not great, staff not very welcoming. Location is further out of town than expected. "A few minutes" taxi ride as advertised - 20 minutes minimum. 1-Path soap, sorry 2-No parking information 3-TV chaneels not clear and few only. 4-No Prayer rugs 5-Same times pathroom not that clean. nothing. There is only 5 channels in the TV and they aren't clear also. No undercover car parking. To during the day the car was extremely hot when you get in. Nothing. we were unable to reach the hotel, they should put sign to guide the guest, plus the kitchen does't have tools to cook, howerver, upon requesting them they provided for us. Some noise outside for the street but just a little. no activities,services are not so good. The major weakness that the apartment, equipped with washing machine and electric hob, had no crockery, cutlery or cooking utensils. Nothing whatever except an electric kettle. Crockery and cutlery were provided on request 'on loan' from the dining room, but this situation is simply not acceptable. Pool though nice and well heated was taken out of public use for a private function. Remote location means a car is virtually essential. The limited meals available at the restaurant - not everything on the menu was available. Staff not particularly knowledgeable about local tourism and could not provide a local map. Breakfast was very basic and exactly the same every day: eggs, toast, cereal, fruit etc. There are few restaurantes near the hotel. Windows are not double glazed, so noise is a problem. Cooking facilities but no utensils available. - the suit looks like hotel apartment - the master bed room need card to open it - threre is no swimming pool for kids - there is no path tube in the bathroom. - Should concentrate more on cleaning. Room was not clean on checking in. Floor was sticky although informed staff several times. Carpets old and very low quality, they're rather for 2 stars rather than a 4-star hotel. - Tax is not included in the total price listed, so 35 for suit will convert to 41+. - Small parking though was not problematic because of few cars. Noisy, far from anywhere, wifi useless, the dunes are are building site. No balcony, position. the Fridge was out of order, being informed at 3 pm, fixed it at 9 pm, The room was not well cleaned after the previous guest. The parking is not enough, I was trapped early morning between unorganized parked cars. Finishing not acurately. Windows do not close properly so the street noice is not withheld. Stains from concrete at the doors etc. Fridge is inside a wardrobe without ventilation so its heating up. Don't deserve the stars Its a normal hotel. Ceanliness of sofa sets and toilet wash basin taps were poor. Breakfast poor. Location map provided was not informative. The hotel is relatively new they are under staff, I noticed there was one person only to serve Breakfast for the whole residents some major inssue in the design, we have door bells button inside the living room , and once you close each bed room you need a magnatic key to open it if you were outside that room, it is very critical if you have small kids. Poor hotel..does not worth 4 stars..very tiny and the rooms space is very crowded with furnture...didnt like it at all .. They are layer and you are not care cause hotel is only 3 stars and mentioned in your web site as 4 stars and cost is too high compared to hotel quality and level. The breakfast was very bad.
