The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was charming - quiet, with beautiful views of the water and old Trondheim buildings. The hotel has a warm, cosy feel and was great value for money and being so close to both the central station and the city centre was convenient. Located very close to the station. From the hotel, one can walk to the main sightseeing points around the city. Reception was helpful in giving directions to reach the Hurtigruten Terminal.
