The staff were pleasant and helpful without being pushy. My room was of a good standard and comfortable. The self service breakfast was good and catered for most tastes. The hotel was surprisingly quiet given its close proximity to the centre of Stavanger - a very convenient location. great staff, great place, i love bfast. staff wery friendly and helpful. I dont know name but guy from reception he spoke with us in lift and he was great , he did his job great.

Beds quite soft, but its not really an issue. Walls are a bit thin so you hear other guests' TVs. without air conditioning at times a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night. A lot of noise from weekend party bars close by. No parking. Only 10 cable channels available. The price was quite high for a room of this type and standard. But it was last minute so only to be expected. The room was quite small. Rooms not very soundproof. Not better.
