We had room number 6oo. We enjoyed very much this room, because it was big and comfortable. Your hotel is really cosy, best situated. We also enjoyed coffee and tea at any time. It is very good that you can iron something..... The staff, no problems , easy and straight forward. Will use it again when I m at that location , and in need for a hotel.Wew stayed there fo;ur years ago also. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Tiny room with constant loud fannoise, microscopic "double" bed, expensive internet, poorly laid-out,overcrowded breakfast room, etc.Breakfast arrangements and food were poor. The room including the bathroom was not very clean and the breakfest did not meet the norwegian standard I was used to from my previous stays at other hotels.I got a single room. The price was abusive for what I got, I believe the cleaning room next door was bigger. A small window leading to a narrow patio (which I had the impression that was covered), so no natural light at all. The bathroom really small, so I could hit the wall with my knees when sitting in the toilet bowl. Try to know beforehand what room you are going to get given. Breakfast was poor, the breakfast area was too small, tables were cleaned much too slow. Hygene.

Beds and furniture are from Ekornes, a well-known Norwegian company. The beds are Svane Zenit, and are probably the best beds in Bergen. All rooms have internet access.
