Each of the 2 and 3-bedroom apartments include balconies boasting views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. Also featured in the 2 and 3-bedroom apartments are gas fireplaces in the living areas, electric heating in the bedrooms as well as heated floors in the bathrooms. The apartment was just like a very comfortable home. Loved the gas fire and the view was wonderful. Liked having the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on seperate floor from the living area. Back enterance on to top road very handy.A comfortable walk into town. The apartment has a beautiful view of the lake, the mountain and bits of the city especially in the morning and in the evening. It has a secure sheltered garage space right under our own apartment. The apartment is fully furbished and clean.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable and all facilities / amenities were of very good standard. Plenty of room- we stayed in the 3 bedroom and had 6 adults and a baby and found it very roomy. Would def stay there again. Cleanliness of rooms and furniture, welcoming of the staff and views from the balcony. Excellent apartment, had everything we needed and was very nice. views, large spacious lounge and clean and tiday and functional. loved the space and beautiful warm fire and bathroom heating. Very nice apartment, appreciated the garage for the car!. Friendly accommodating staff and excellent facilities. The luxury appointments, the view, and the location. Kitchen was modern and fully equipped. Spacious, warm. Nice lake view. Good location for walks. Unless you have your own transportation, it is quite a long walk uphill from town to the apartment. However taking a taxi from town is easy and the fare from town to the apartment is about nz$7-8. Walk back up the hill after a night out. Location is just a bit too far to walk in to / walk back from Queenstown. With Queenstown being a resort town, late night partying is quite normal, which leads to roudy late night - 3 to 4 am - discussions amongst residents of the Apartments or adjoining properties. Woken up each night of a 4-night stay. The bed in the main bedroom was two singles pushed together and they were very stiff and not comfortable. No issues with the other beds however. Surround sound system supplied didn't work properly. The free wifi shouldn't have even been advertised, it was extremely slow and didn't connect most of the time. neighbours, reqires privacy blinds. dryer did not work. Beware, contrary to letsbookhotel.com policy, it is the policy of this establishment to charge your booking credit card 1 day prior to your arrival! In this case I incurred an added 3% foreign transaction fee!. Internet went down twice. Being on two levels. The holes in the toilet walls and the patch up in the bedroom. The heated towel rail, heater and the heated floor were not working in the bathroom. Although the upstairs was great the bathroom/ toilet are in need of an upgrade in order to fit with the description of a luxury apartment. Driveway entrance...car scraped bottom each time. Location but price compensated. no wifi connection. A few things didn't work, the phones, the dryer, one of the televisions, sound system for dvd or music, there was no plug for bath, frypan was rusted with no handle. A few of these issues were rectified, but others not. One of our apartments was more spacious and had two bathrooms than the other, yet we paid the same price for each, feel maybe it should be a little cheaper with less facilities. Small things but... &Gt;Bathroom required cleaning by us before use. &Gt;The plug for the bath had a hole in it. (Made bathing 3 kids difficult). &Gt;We saw no staff over 3 days even during 'office hours'. &Gt;Dryer did not work. &Gt; a few blown light bulbs. The couch in main lounge was damaged and extremely uncomfortable, so much so we avoided sitting on it, the lounge area was small, with furniture disportionate (table and chairs in particular) for the area. Finding a handkerchief behind the couch when tidying up on last day Noise at 330am x2 nights When 6 adults staying only lounge seating for 4-5. TV broken. No electric blankets. Milk three and a half weeks after expiry date. Room musty as if not aired. Had to wash dishes in same basin as we washed in. No microwave. No table. No local information re restaraunts etc.lighting very poor for reading. Extremely disappointed with this apartment .
