The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The wifi worked flawlessly. The hotel was cute and comfortable for a reasonable price. It was cheaper because it was further from Amsterdam but it was right on the train line with a direct route into Amsterdam Central. The ride was only about 25 minutes or so each way. It's by the beach and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. I would consider staying there again. The breakfast was good too.

The breakfast was really home-made and varied a bit every day. Room on the first floor was very light, big enough with comfortable bed things. The major advantage of hotel faber is that it is just few meters away from zandvoort Aan zee train station. City centre and beach is also within ten min walk from hotel. The owner was very cooperative. The hotel itself is like a small museum housing collection of impressive paintings and small toy cars and boats. A family run hotel since 1932, the owners and staff make you feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for this warm and friendly team.The hotel is really well placed, close to the centre of Zandvoort, and only a short walk to the railway station. We will almost certainly be back again!. a simple hotel but very well run. They realy have an eye for detail! Very clean,good beds, nothing lacking in the room, finaly enough room to stow your lugage, a table and chairs!
