It was a bit noisy. Bed was too soft for my liking, but otherwise all good. Only one key per room was provided (i.e. for three or four people). Steep stairs to the rooms. No free Wifi. No soap dish in shower. my room (a triple one) was ok, but the single rooms I think are too small.Steep stairs to each room ! It would be good if they or the pub next door could do light meals.... very difficult to get to by car as centrally located, but if you want a hotel in the middle of everything you can't complain, staff very helpfull in helping use find car parking.Not the Hotel , however parking for my car was a bit of a problem. A terrible manager (a lady) who apparently does not like neithervisitors nor her job, by contrast to the friendly waiters.our booking was messed up and our room was up three flights of very steep narrow stairs. Steep stairs and no lift.Breakfast items constantly ran out, with no staff to clear tables, roomnot furnished adequately on arrival, cleaning staff left room unlocked;management not equipped to handle any of above problems.
