Excellent location, in the heart of the city. Near by the main highlights of the center. In fact you are staing in one of the turists attraction. Good breakfast. To be in the cubes, sleep there, is really nice experience (but I undestand, that can be quite strange to stay in the small cubes for someone). The Hostel was located in an unforgettable place inside the Rotterdam Cubes. Right next to Blaak Metro and only a 10 min walk from Rotterdam Centraal. The bar has plenty of space, as well as good wifi connectivity and power outlets under all the tables. A really good plus.

On saturday huge market ( flowers, fruits, vegedables etc) next to hostel. breakfast included good mattress and blanket, clean room nice staff- helpful and spoke really good English. It was amazing to stay at an hostel that was itself a touristic attraction. The staff was super kind, the facilities have a modern design and most of all, the location near by the Blaak metro station put this hostel at the centre of Rotterdam. The location is very comfortable - near metro station Blaak and train station. Not far from the city centre. The building is very interesting with it design - Kube houses. The staff is polite and hotel is clean. The location, the incredibly friendly staff, the evening meals at a very goodprice, the children/game area, the possibility to rent a bike, the family room, the breakfast selection. All ages were staying at this fantastic hostel which was well run, comfortable and friendly. The inclusive buffet breakfast was impressive with meats, eggs, breads and cereal. The hostel completes the standards of a hotel in cleanliness,location,politeness and breakfast. Also on 4th floor offers wonderful view and is located in the cube houses!. the design of the hostel, clean, safe, good breakfast, elevator, the location - near metro and lots of animated pubs; nice atmosphere with lots of youngsters and families. The lockers are a tad insufficient and the towel you rent from them is more a foot mat than a towel. Difficult to find the entrance and had to carry the suitcases up many stairs. Some rooms are windowless and there can be mistakes in reservations. our bathroom was designed for disabled ppl so the mirror and sink were too low; no shower curtain; upper bunk bed stairs were a bit unconfortable. at night, only sleep... doesn't allow make a noisy at all. if you need sleep at hostel, I recommend . The rooms were a bit small. It's really inconvenient to get access to the internet in the room(the signal is not good), you need to go downstairs at main hall then you can use the internet. Even though the first night we got a room for 6 people without windows and without air conditioning in the middle of the summer, which made us wake up all sweaty, it is still a very good value for money. Room way too cold (the heater didn't work well). WiFi not perfect in the room. Weirdly the light couldn't be turned off in the bathroom which doesn't seem eco-friendly. Nothing. With the children and being summer there were no curtains for the window so it was light in the room at night. horrible smell on corridors !!!!. Nothing. Could have more local maps. Thin walls between the rooms. You can here everything the neighbours are saying. No soap in shower. No free towels. Not allowed to eat your food in the room. Nothing. N/A. No public kitchen. no parking facility, the nearby parking is deadly expensive. The wifi is not good at least in my room. its just a backpackers hostel. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and the smell is disgusting. our room is located on the side, which disturbed us a bit. Parking is expensive. The breakfast is a bit poor. The internet fails. No wifi upstairs. staff not friendly at all. Nothing.

Please note that all guests must have a valid passport. Please note when booking a Double/Twin Room, it is possible that you will be staying in a 4 to 6 bed dorm. The remaining (bunk) beds will not be available for other guests. Please note that the beds are not made, but bed linen will be provided and guests are required to make their own bed upon arrival. Towels are available at a surcharge. Guests are requested to inform the property when children are coming along. When travelling with children younger than 13 years old, it is required to book a private room. Please inform Stayokay about your travel companions.
