Good 5* hotel, no issues, good room. accomodation and breakfast. Staff was excellent. Efficient staff. The Service. the hotel was better than my expectations, as I was in Holland for a seminar, I could not enjoy the facilites as you could on a holiday break. The room was truly great. Also the breakfast buffet was spectacularly good (and included in the price of the room).

Important information to guests

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 50 or a credit card validation is obligatory upon check-in. This amount will be refunded upon check-out minus the costs made in the hotel. The restaurants will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Aqua Center with jet-stream swimming pool, sauna, Turkish steam bath and individual whirlpools will be open from 06:00 - 22:00. The fitness center is open for hotel guests 24 hours per day. There will be professional support for a couple of hours per day. Please note that pets are not allowed at the property. Please note that the Deluxe Double Room with Spa and Fitness Access cannot accommodate an extra bed. All other rooms can accommodate 1 additional child up to 12 years old free of charge when using existing bedding. The placement of an extra bed for children of 13 years and older and adults is possible against a surcharge of EUR 45 per night. Please use the special request box when booking so that the hotel can prepare the bed. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Information about the area

Noordwijk is a seaside resort of international fame, situated between Amsterdam and The Hague, and has a 13 km long sandy beach. Surrounded by forests and wild dunes and situated in the heart of the Dutch bulb-producing area, this town is situated near the Keukenhof flower gardens. Noordwijk is often described as the flower seaside resort of Europe and also known as "Beach of Amsterdam".

From Amsterdam/Schiphol:
- Follow the A4 for Den Haag and after passing the restaurant over the motorway, keep to the right hand lane and take the A44 for Den Haag Center/Leiden-West.
- Take exit 6 for Oegstgeest-Noord/ Noordwijk/ Voorhout and turn right onto the N444.
- Continue past the canal on your left and through the traffic lights in Voorhout.
- Approach Noordwijk over the Van Berckelweg to the first crossing with traffic lights. Filter to the left and follow the signs for Noordwijk-binnen/Centrum.
- Continue along Gooweg road onto Nieuwe Offemweg to the 2nd roundabout and turn right.
- Continue through the next roundabout onto Picképlein. The hotel is on the right.

From Den Haag/Rotterdam:
- Follow signs for A12/A13 for Den Haag and then Wassenaar.
- Continue onto the A44 for Amsterdam and take the Katwijk/ Noordwijk (N206) exit.
- Take the Noordwijk exit to the right and continue through 2 roundabouts onto Picképlein. The hotel is on the right.
