  The location is fabulous. Imagine that you open the window and you see the boats on the Amstel river. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment was clean, all the appliances were functional. True value for money. - eva was very helpful

  Frankly, it was the best choise I have ever made. &Quot;House of Amstel" is very central in terms of location, you can find the place very easily just a few minutes of walking from Dam Sqaure, it is actually at the intersection of several busy streets such as Damrak and Amstel ; it's called Muntplein. Apart from excellent location the place is very comfortable, you have everything under your hand. You can - We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there. The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

  Right in the center of Amsterdam.The apartment was perfect for sightseeing as it was within walking distance to Dam square and the flea market .You have your own kitchen area and there is a supermarket a few doors away.There is 2 large windows with a few over the canal which was pleasant and the owner was easy to deal with all in all we had a love... what people say » ly time. - The location is great.The studio is very comfortable, even nespresso capsules were there. We were very peased with our choice. The manager Paul is also very nice and his welcome pack is very helpful.

It was clean and well decorated.Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definately recommend the apartments to groups of people going to Amsterdam but Im not sure we would have liked it so much if we had to share with another couple.   Excellent location, all the attractions/places to visit are within 5-10 mins walk of the hotel. A canal tour and coffee shop are situated right outside the door. We had the double room with private bathroom, very spacious and comfortable. Also a little rooftop terrace with beautiful views. No time restrictions, you can come and go as you please.... what people say » Staircases are typical of an old Dutch house, very narrow and winding but we managed to climb them even after a few drinks! It is situated above a sw - we had an excellent time at residence sweets, the staff treat you like family and are lovely, our breakfast every morning was amazing and fresh.. the room was tidy, clean and spacious. excellent location near to all squares and just around the corner is canal trips and shops. we got to come and go as we pleased,excellent. we really enjoyed our stay, and will defiantly be booking again, thank you
