Very nice room and good service, good bad and good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, large spacious room and lovely bathroom/shower. Tv power button was broken and the tv was in a bad location, automaticlights in the bathroom and shower stay on for to long, the toilet is notisolated from the bedroom and nor is the shower, so room can get damp. outside noise comes easily into room from front of hotel.

Every room in the hotel has its own ambiance. That means that not one single room is the same. The rooms on the ground floor have high ceilings. On the second floor the wooden logs from 1634 give every room a specific ambiance. On the first floor the big windows provide the opportunity to overlook the city, placing you on top of Groningen.

We have recently renovated all our rooms to provide guests with the latest facilities such as Wireless Internet and climate control. It is clear that providing quality service to ensure customer satisfaction is a main priority.

Travelling information

From the highway you follow "city-centre". Continue your way along the P-route in the direction "West". You will drive along the canal around the city centre. You will find Auberge Corps de Garde close to the "Ossenmarkt", next to the canal.
