Free tea and coffee 24 hours a day. Internet facilities. Lovely lounge with newspapers,books and a chess set. Folders about activities in and around Groningen. We also received a map of Groningen at our arrival! Great location. The staff was very helpful w/ recommendations about local restaurants etc. Clean rooms with large windows and plenty of daylight. Very clean room and bathroom. quietness and personal approach from staff. Location, friendly staff. The view from the room.closeness to the centre. The staff.Location. wifi would have been nice. No bar. Warm room, lack of drink making facilities. Old carpet on the floors in the hallways. Staff need to attend the breakfast buffet - key items run out but areonly checked every 30 minutes or so.no parking and additional charge for breakfast. No, it was comfortable and warm.1. Poor hot water 2. door squeeked to bathroom 3. Drapes would not open. 4. felt like a hospital ward. Belachelijk om €12,50 te vragen voor een erg standaard ontbijtje.
