It was clean, comfortable, a delicious breakfast in the morning with very courteous staff. The shuttle was prompt. The staff are excellent and the hotel superior to other 4* in the vacinity. Though very near to Schipol the hotel was peaceful and very comfortable. I have stayed there before and it maintains a very high standard. Great location near the airport and no sound of airplanes!.

My only suggestion is that the shuttle would be leaving every 15 minutes or so. If we would have missed our shuttle we would have had to wait for an hour for the next one.the shuttle bus was overcrowded and no room for luggage. Suggest it run more frequently. The aircon did not work and the room was very warm, but if we hadreported it I know that they would have either tried to fix it or givenus another room. It was only one night so not too much of a problem. the buss service to the airport was a bit erratic. Restaurant dinner mediocre; breakfast good; somehow the driving directions didn't work for us - found it eventually hit or miss.Room air conditioning could have been better. I wih you had more food selections. Store was often more. Food was excellent though. Room Rate is just a bit too high. The parking. It maybe quoted as being 2.8Km from the airport (as the crows flies) but does not seem that via road, but is fine, via the scheduled shared courtesy bus service. As is often the case, airconditioning left me with dry throat/sinuses. it could be closer to the airport. expensive parking. Service. My wake up request was failed!. This hotel only really caters for one night stays hence facilities are not so good.. Mini bar is in reception !!!! , TV not working properly and staff at the desk took too long in check in and out. I was quite surprised.The service - I got a cold soup (room service) after 45 minutes of ordering it. Location and the free shuttle bus service. The hotel is a bit far away from the airport and the shuttle bus was shared by a number of hotels; therefore, it takes much longer time to travel directly from the hotel to the airport. Located in the middle of nowhere, minibar not filled, did not feel atease as a female traveller. We were put in a double room No. 533. the room was very noisy caused by air venting system. We could not sleep well for the whole night, We called the receptionist, and asked sending a technician to come. The receptionist refused to do so, and knew the problem obviously. The room was not suitable for arranging any guest to their knowledge, (Manager was nicely offered a free four hour stay).
