It was in an ideal position to go to Central Station and Dam Square and was also within easy reach of a lot of Restaurants and Bars to suit all tastes and ages. Hotel was in a perfect location, but still peaceful at night. Very Central. I liked the location,elevator and quietness. location.Staff and quality of accomodation. Location and small size.

Although there are roadworks going on infront of the hotel the noise wasn't really an issue. The hotel is in an ideal location. The room was spacious and very comfortable,with a nice breakfast spread. I would definately recommend the hotel and we will book again in the future!!. The location was super. If you wanted to take the Tram it was only a short distance from the hotel. The room was comfortable and the full breakfast was very enjoyable. I did feel safe and relaxed during my stay. Central Heating was noisy during the night. the construction behind the hotel was really dreadful.There was a lot of noise because of this.However after this construction of a new subway line,the hotel is going to be a much more comfortable place to stay in. Bathroom was basic. Crew not too comunicative. A bit expensive for the quality, but it seems to be a constant in Amsterdam... Room was very small, and the room I stayed in was in the front and the traffic very loud. small room, not a real problem, I have had better cheaper.

By car: Follow "Centrum" signs from outside the city and you will end up at Dam Square, close to the hotel.
