The owner, Jan, was extremely helpful, polite and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He personally welcomed us to the apartment despite arriving in the middle of the night. He had already put some beers in the fridge for us and sorted our car out for parking. Cannot say anything bad about him at all. The facilities of the apartment were excellent, modern, tasteful and included everything anybody would require. We cannot wait to go back!. all reviews »
our place was comfort and we had access to whatever we need there. The place was calm, neat and the host was sociable. The apartment was equipped with 2 sets of TVs, laundry, iron and cooking appliances.
It was not far from to the city center (DAM Square) about 25 min walking
We appreciate the landlord again for his favor to help us carry our suitcases to the central train station with his car on the last day.
We loved all the little extras! The complimentary coffee, the welcome drinks, the little package of nibbles, the extra towels! The apartment is beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable. The owners couldn't have been better hosts and we can't wait to return. They've made us customers for life! These lads have 9.9 review and trust me, they've earned it!.
The owners/hosts were fabulous and helpful. The apartment was large, comfortable, tastefully decorated and immaculate. The location was terrific, close to the center of Amsterdam yet on a quiet street in a great neighorhood. All together a great exerience, a big 10 all around.
Love the place as a whole. The owners were magnificent and super friendly lads. Stayed for 5 nights there and they offered to help in any way they could.
About 10-15 mins walk to train station. But the place is in Jordaan, safe and quiet. Supermarkets 5 minutes walk away.
Everything was ideal! The owners were very polite and helpful. The room was nicely decorated, spotless and fully equipped. The location excellent near a lot of restaurants and shops. We wish we had booked a longer stay because both the room and the city were perfect.

The Amsterdam weather in Spring. It was -2• and windy!!! But the
apartment was warm and cozy:-).
It is a little away from downtown (25 min walking distance). Although, you can always enjoy a relaxing walk through the canals of Amsterdam.
The apartment we stayed in is on the ground floor and there is only one door/window, so we had to rely mostly on artificial lighting.
We got the ground floor apartment which is quite dark. You cannot open the windows only the entrance door which opens directly to the street. There is another apartment on the first floor but this is not clear in the booking tool.
