Pleasant ambiance overlooking Rembrandt Square. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Clean room and large bathroom (single deluxe). Room was not nearly as large as what I expect from an American hotel, but was large compared to those at other European hotels where I've stayed. The mini-fridge was convenient. The staff were courteous and helpful. The free wireless worked well for 5 of 6 nights I stayed. all reviews »
Friendly staff; best possible location; large bathroom; ethernet cable supplied when wireless didn't work.The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They helped me switch rooms with no problems, even moving my bags since I was out during the transfer. My first double room was too small for my needs but clean; the second was very reasonable in size with a nice tub. The location of the hotel was ideal. I would recommend it. Position excellent. Staff knowledgeable.The location was great and the Hotel is friendly and decent. location. Location. Although the area was not in the central, there were many clubs and pubs around there. The city centre was 10-15 min on foot and there is easy access to the tram. The staff at the reception was really helpful giving info on were to go and how.Location. My only serious complaint is that the bathtub / shower design virtually guarantees a pool of water on the floor after a long shower. The lack of an elevator and the quite steep stairs made arrival and departure with a heavy suitcase difficult.No dressers in room; Small room as expected. Can be noisy outside on weekends. One thing that bothered me was that room keys were left at the front desk when you went out, and when you reclaimed them, they didn't ask for ID...meaning anyone could get your room key if they asked for it. Also, breakfast seemed complimentary but was actually an extra charge of 7 euros per meal. Noise travels easily it seemed and there was a lot of loud yelling on my last night in the halls.Beds narrow. Breakfast expensive for what was on offer. night noise on street. A little unclean. The room was very small. Watch your step at the stairs (tiny steps).Very Very Very Small Rooms , Wireless Internet was not working, No Elevators , No Air conditioning .
