Location and staff was excellent. convenient location, nice staff. Very quiet hotel with nice room facilities. Helpful staff and reasonable breakfast.Location was also good to see sites and close to train station. Staff location price. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is good value for money. Everything worked and was clean. Shower door was broken but for the price I don't think people can complain. We have stayed here before and will again. Always our first choice when booking.
all reviews » It was a small,single room, inexpensive, and clean. I did not intent to spend time in it - so it was fine for my purpose. The staff were helpful. I would recommend it for this purpose.The silence of the room, the comfort of the bed. friendly staff. right in the center of town, close to all the attractions and railway station. They did not have irons and ironing boards available for guests. Overall I don't think the room was good value for money. There was only a window in the ceiling for light (top floor), and the other rooms on that floor were very noisy. You could hear the TVs all the time. The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor, and there was no soap dispenser in the shower itself (only at the sink).so tiny room and nearly no space to stand.no elevator,very hard to take luggage. very noisy - street noise and noise from other guests coming up and down stairs made sleeping difficult. Room without window, with only a point of light on the ceiling. Poor maintenance (shower leaked dreadfully, room had window over bedonto corridor poorly shielded from light, dirty streaks on walls notcleaned, blankets dusty), allowed indoor smoking so had stench ofcigarettes and marijuana in corridors and room. There was a problem with the drains in the batthroom so we had to leavethe light/fan on 24 hours a day to keep the smell away. Also there was anoise coming from the pipework that I can only describe as someonecrashing a spanner against the radiator, all night!. The person who assisted my booking recommended this Hotel as being"right in front of the Train Station": it actually wasn'T. My room wasbelow street level: no view at all. The bed linen was spotted. Nointernet. Breakfast was very poor in terms of choice, quantity andquality. I will not return to this hotel: for the same price you wouldenjoy a much nicer accommodation in a youth hostel.The room was very small, not very clean and with bad smell. My room was a very dirty and noisy.And vue from the window was very poor. It was an another wall. Not so nice.
