Everything - and the free internet was very very useful!!!. Breakfast was great.free wi-fi, free car parking, breakfast, free tea and coffee in room, air condition. I liked friendly atmosphere, helpfull staff and very clean hotel. Very cozy, clean room. Breakfast. everything was good. so the next time we will book again for a bastion hotel. all reviews »

2. hotel is very near to EPO. Quite and Calm. Late check out. free parking place; distance to the Center; distance to the Metro. nice reception/TV area, shoe cleaner, security system - cards. Secure car parking. Free wireless internet. I did like free Wi-Fi Enternet.convenient for work. The meal in the evening. Free WiFi + parking garage. This is crazy, but it was really difficult to unwrap the soap!!!. It would be nice if the staff didn't feel the need to tell us 10 times we're not supposed to smoke in the hotel... not ALL french tourists come to amsterdam for that!. Hotel was difficult to find, more signs would have been helpful. far from centre, hard to get to centre becouse of metro maintenace, metro station about 500 metres from hotel. I didn't like the way of opening lifts and doors on the corridors. i di understand security reasons but it makes you feel uncomfortable.A hairdryer is necessary. The distance between the nearest metro station is not around 500m. but around 1.5-2 km.staff were not very friendly, rather cold approach. We received terrible service at dinner with minimal apology. During my stay there was no heating in the room for 3 days. And the hotel's staff did not do anything - did not give me any electrical heater or something, so it was very cold in the room. Also I didn't like about very expensive food in the hotel's bar. the hotel rooms seem tired. The electronic system to make room key cards was out of order, and therefore a staff member had to accompany me every time I wanted to go to my room. Although this issue could strike any hotel and it was adequately handled, it was a little inconvenient. For the rest, my experience was fine. towels were not properly cleaned. the receptionist tried to apply a rate for my kid daughter ... I had to whoe her the printout from letsbookhotel.com to say that it was included in the room rate... she was pretty abrupt in all her conversations. Staff is not kind at all.... and not good at reception.. Many guests are angry...restaurant staff was clumsy, Food was bad.
