Great location with big windows and canal views. welcoming staff who met us with the key on arrival and showed us tram routes and key attractions on the map. apartment was spacious for 2 people with nice living area separated fom sleeping area. Clean, well-appointed, stylish, central location. a true commitment to customer service and staff went out of their way to correct an initial issue, in order to ensure my stay was a positive experience.
