The location and freindliness of the staff here at the Middle Path is excellent. Our stay was complete with a complimentary breakfast which is one of the best breakfasts I have had in 35 years of travelling. The views of the lake and mountains from the hotel are excellent and the staff and management do NOT sell excursions as they are well aware that others do and that guests can find that oppressive, very forward thinking. The owner told us that he staffs the Hotel with people from outlying vi.
all reviews » We initially booked a different hotel on top of the mountain near to the World Pagoda. We had a nightmare of our life and decided to book Hotel Middle Path just to get out of there. We were greeted by Ramesh, one of the owner of the hotel. He really turned our trip in Pokhara from nightmare to joy. All the staff are really friendly and smiley, and will go a long way to make us feel at ease and comfortable. We were very happy and will definitely stay there again if we ever return to Pokhara in t. We stayed there for 2 nights. Hotel is very convenient,near the lake and very quite. Room is very comfortable and clean, and they have air-con if you pay more,but for most of the time, fan is enough even in summer.Location is very good, you can get everything nearby.Breakfast is also delicious there. Owner has been to Japan, so he can speak Japanese and English, and he is very sweet, unlike any other, owner is always there ready to help. If you book plane tickets or other tickets from the hotel. First of all, one must cite the Management, Mr. Ramesh being outstanding; then the staff for their unfailing courtesy, solicitude for our comfort, the spick and span cleanliness that is maintained by a cheerful and diligent staff, the excellent (free) breakfast arrangements and the nice food provided at reasonable cost. Location a bit far from main street, need to walk about 100m 2. Room facilities were spoiled ( fan & lights) after checking in the room. But fast response from staffs to fix it. 3. Bed sheet having flea. After complaint, staffs change all bed sheet & covers. Nothing interesting. Completely over-reviewed.
