All is very very nice and thank you so much Mr Khalel f&b manger he was very profisinal and so kind all the staff perfect. Check in staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Location was good. A great choice for a short stay. the hotel is clean the bars are very good and the staff r very helpful i would come back to this hotel. Excellent service and position. Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. I can say it is nice hotel. Location Staff. The hotel was huge with many amenities and a kind of quirky design. The rooms were comfortable, the location was good if you wanted to stay near the beach (and beach bars). Good location, easy to find and close to train station. Room was extremely hot and we couldn't seem to control it with the in room controls. We took a back room which got afternoon sun which may have made it worse (on advice from previous posts about street noise but this didn't seem to be a problem at this time of year). Rooms not too spacious but ok. Minor issues. nothink it was all good. We had a query with the internet price that you offered us and the price that they wanted us to pay at the reception. Its the second time it has happened to us. nothing. No decent comfortable seating in rooms particularly for a couple. Makes eating room service meals uncomfortable. Air condition was not on in the building as some people complained about it and it was turned off for the whole building. Seems the individual rooms don't have controls to control the temp. None. We had an altercation in the restaurant when we paid for breakfast without receiving change. We asked for, and received the change. Then the manager came over and asked for it back. She was unaware of the cost of breakfast, we were correct. It wasn't a big deal, just a little awkward and we could have easily been so confused that we gave the back. Hotel pool is too small. Room was on the front of the hotel and we didn´t sleep all night the yelling, sounds of horns, traffic. also the beach in front of the hotel was the dirty, real dirty. would not recommend this hotel. Staff no good All they are after is money. - Personell is very uninterested although some really try - Airco was not working properly, room stayed too warm - Bar's in the hotel have no character at all and are almost empty in the evening. The 4th floor room i had overlooking the sea was noisy throughout the night from the road and people in the street below. All others are cons - VERY noisy street if your number has sea view, sometimes hard to sleep. Very expensive SPA and additional services. No place to dry towels. Over staffed but they do not do anything just stand around and talk in the bar and restaurante, making service in these areas poor.
