How Friendly, polite, helpful, and classy the staff were. I am extremely impressed and taken by the Moroccan Hospitality that added a lot to the comfort of being in a Sofitel. Spacious Shower Cabin, and very clean towels. Bed is very comfortable. the staff - specially the Concierge level lady called Hind, she helped me a lot to feel comfy - I found complementary water and sparkling water bottles + sweets.

Access to rooms is only by card. Cards usually gets blocked and you need to get to the reception all the time to access your room. Ventilation of the bathroom is not impressive and odours spreads through the room quickly. The Sink (tub) is very shallow. nothing, probably just the high price knowing it is not a high season.. But overall good experience. These are only minor irritations: - The front desk was understaffed at times and consequently the waiting time a bit long. - The layout of breakfast is a bit confusing e.g. the glasses are not placed close to the drinks and one had to hunt around for plates. nothing special to highlight... the price maybe :-). The rates are a bit higher than it shoul be. comfortable place, romantic, luxurious and very polite will trained staff. I didn't like that it was my second time there and I spent my honey more and use letsbookhotel.com and the same name and same CC but it was not recorded that I ever visit the hotel. Food is very expensive. The restaurant food. Hey. I called the reception many times when I made check out. I told them to send someone to help me for luggages. More than one hour to send the porter. It is unfair and I had meeting outside. I missed my meeting and business. What I do now. Please answer me and I want to make investigation with the staff. I knew their names if u want. I am waiting email from you. Regards. - No wifi in the room - Access to internet in the room and the hotel is "iffy" at best. Had to sit in the reception area or the Lounge on the 8th floor for a questionable access - The hotel corridors smells strongly of a heavy cleaner or airfreshner. - The entire reception area and breakfast area smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. ( impossible to sit as an asthmatic) - Lumpy and uncomfortable bed. Wi-fi connection very poor whether in room or common area Housekeeping service very slow response time No work desk in the room. No one picks up the phone when you call at night !.
