The room was lovely with nice clean linen and comfy bed. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately our room didn't have an outside window in hot weather so spoilt our stay, otherwise it would have been 10/10. The staff lent us a fan but the room was still stifling. I am sure this is just a problem with that particular room so ask for a room with an outside window!.
all reviews » Its a hotel, with hot water from the beginning, good and working WIFI everywhere, clean, separated almost new bathroom. The guy at the reception was extremely kind... So nothing to complain at all! And by the way the things mentioned above are not typical for Moroccan accomodations (except the staff, they were always very hospitable). The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and made us feel very welcome and at home. Good spoken English. We were served mint tea on arrival. Our motorbike was parked outside the reception window and was safe & secure.Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Very nice and clean hotel, good value for money and very easy to find. Stuff very helpfull with good info what to see and how to go everywhere. No private parking for our moto but no problem. In front of the hotel it was very safe. It is a nice, clean and quiet town. The staff was very friendly, rooms very nice and clean and breakfast tasty with good coffee. We were given map straight t the beginning and told useful information about the town. Clean rooms and flexible times for breakfast with fresh juice and coffee. A stones throw from local buses/grand taxis out of town as well as supratour buses. Highly recommended. The toilet may be treated with a little more attention while cleaning. This is the only minus point, but not a show stopper!. No TV or heater which didn't bother us. It was too hot inside as no clima and also quite noisy until very late and from early morning as a busy road was very near by. Unfortunately they don't have a restaurant, so an evening walk is in order. No LCD, no air conditioning. Hot! There's no air conditioning or ventilator in the rooms, so you might want to avoid it on summer season. The water on the shower was cold and there are not any curtains flooding all the toilet. Nothing to dislike. Maybe a little noisy from the road but not a problem at sleeping. On a main road, and some noise from heavy lorries struggling up the road. the mattress no very comfortable... The rooms at the street side were noisy. sterile atmosphere location in a wasteland. Room was very cold and no hot water supply. In February the weather is cold. Over priced, cold and not especially welcoming. very noisy place, seemed to sleep in the street in a highway...very hot no air condition. is not equipped for tourists, but more for business trevellers.
