The opinion is based on a previous stay. It's a lovely place, with lovely, well-decorated spaces and plantings. When the staff is organized (and this seems to be a big "if"), and Aziz and some others are working, the experience is great. This time around, the experience was a disaster, as the electricity was out, had been for some 10 days, and they didn't advise me of this. Instead, arriving "in the dark", I learn that Aziz no longer works there and I was conducted to a much less pleasing place, at a less convenient location. So really a bummer. Would only go there again if i could confirm that things had been put right.
