Found the reception staff to be really helpfull answering any questions I had about local facilities, excursions, etc. Check-in was fast and easy, rooms were kept clean by nice polite cleaning ladies, small grocery shop next door for basics, cafe's across the street, and only a few minutes walk to the bus stop (across from Macdonalds) where busses drop you right outside the main square for 4 dirhams- 30 pence ( kids under 6 go for free).

Stayed at here before and would do again, highly recommended it to anyone. If i can describe this hotel in only one word it would be fantastic; the staff are very friendly, the location was perfect. And for definite i will visit again. spacious apartments with views of the city. Relatively close to the airport, also close to shops and restaurants. Medina to walk about 2 kilometers. i like the fact the restaurants and the bus stop and the taxi's were close at hand... didnt have to walk far for anything execellent location. Staff helpful. Apartment decent size, clean and comfortable. Plenty of self-catering equipment. Quite near to the main square. The apartments were spacious and were kept very clean. The hotel was nice and conveniently located at a reasonable distance from most of the major things in the city. We actually managed to walk to/from the madina but a taxi would also be very cheap to hire. The apartment was nice and clean. The space was also alright for two people with a toddler. Easy to find. Good location.We traveled 4 friends, very good price for 4person rooms. Staff speaks average English. There is a small pool, however did not use it, we were out most of the time went back to sleep only, beds are comfortable, sheets are clean. Pretty good location (close to medina, but still outside) for a decent price. Provided a shuttle to the airport in the very early morning for a fair price (150 MAD). Not much expect the food could be prepared with a lot more care. To improve i recommend a better wifi connection. In the bathroom we saw cockroaches. only thing i didnt like was that we had to wait fr towels for many hours every morning.. because they take them away and wash the same ones and bring them back... one time had to wait around 4 hours before any towels came... this problem if sorted the stay would be excellent :-). Unfortunately the pool didn't get the sun at this time of year so we were unable to use it. Some of the showers needed repainting. The shower is not easy to use No carpets in the floor. *no internet in rooms but only in reception and restaurant * breakfast every day the same butter and bread. * you have to call reception to switch on AC . Nothing really. -the breakfast menu -the breakfast service. poor shower - full of limescale. I didnt like the breakfast as normally when I book hotels they are buffet breakfast.. Also I didn't like the idea that the tv was just in arabic, I could not watch anything, should cater for people who understand english too. Lack of wifi in the room and sometimes in the public areas. they turned all A/C off at 8am, had to call reception for them to put it back on every morning, also many of the staff did not speak english, but were still helpful. The staff could have been a bit more friendly but that is a personal opinion and we had no issues with a service. The balconies could not be locked because the locks were broken. Not the cleanest one, but not dirty either. Would not suggest leaving important things around in the room, because maids ate my candies and took one of my own towels (might be by mistake because it was white). While the room had everything expected, it all felt somewhat dark, bland and outdated. The shower was not in the best shape. Wifi not good, they switched off the air condition while you are sleeping.
