We were very impressed with the resort. It was set in lovely tropical gardens had beautiful apartments with a modern Moroccan feel and had a fantastic pool suitable for children and adults. A real tropical oasis!. the rooms are very comfortable and clean and quiet. The peaceful setting, Close proximity to Marrakesh Old Town, Shuttle bus to sister hotel, Golf Palace, and then on to town.

Nice apartment layout, but don't be mistaken - it is no where near 4-star accomodation! It is a self catering villa, and you have to provide EVERYTHING yourself...Nothing really. The lock on our door broke and we were locked in but, the staff were great and had us out and the lock fixed in 5 minutes. I have a comment regarding the restaurant hours. I mean in marrakesh it is so hot during the day, I would have liked to stay by the pool late and have dinner and drink. Closing at 10 or so is too early for summer nights.It was hard to find. The staff was really slow and it took over an hour to check in and almost 2 hours to check out.should offer daily housekeeping instead of every three days. Reception personnel is very kind and polite but need some training to achieve higher quality standards, and speed procedures up.Service is a little on the slow side but only in the restaurant. we rented a car and drove... not easy to find/no signs from the highway... no real street signs anywhere in the country, so this was not a big suprise. Without a car i don't see this hotel being very convenient - there is nothing nearby.The Village is still under construction and some facilities are a bit weak, such as the restaurant. The check in was unproffessional because the staff lacked proper training. They charged us +/- 57 euros for things we did not consume. We discussedabout this with them, they said we didn't have to pay, but on the amexcount they charged us the money.The services (replacing damaged coffee maker; taking time before responding to requests). poor service. poor restaurant. cockroaches everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, flies in the food, staff do not speak english at all, everything overpriced, no room service, shall i go on.......????. staff, service.. very bad manager!. The service was absolutely terrible. The list of services offered on the website is lies! shuttle bus to central Marrakech (good £10 taxi journey each way) has not been running for over 8 months! The "Daily Housekeeping" came twice in two weeks and that was after countless complaints. You do not get "Towels for use by the pool", you get one towel a week for each person in the apartment and thats if you complain enough! The phone to reception is left off the hook so its15 min walk to complain. Everything else!: - Staff not welcoming, extremeley unhelpful - Room: - Unclean and unpleasent smell - Cleaner left cleaning equipment in bathroom - Not enough towels - we were 4 travellers and given only 3 towels for our stay! - Dim lighting/limited lighting - No drinking glasses in the kitchen - Inadequate bathroom amenities - No proper restaurant - Poor customer service, hardly any waiter service.
