The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy. They kept our pram for us in their luggage area every night, surprised my wife with a birthday cake and rose petals - not sure how they knew, perhaps noted from her passport or her checking in on Facebook!! Also, free breakfast in bed is great .
all reviews » The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Location was excellent....15 minute walk to the new town and a few minutes walk to the souks. Overall the staff of the Nauora Barriere were the most professional,helpful and friendly ever encountered. The ma. Very nice luxury hotel, at the best location you can find in Marrakesh. Just a few minutes walk from the main square in the heart of the old city. While being in the middle of everything, it is still a 22,000 square meters estate, with the biggest pool I have ever seen in a hotel. Very friendly staff who tries very hard to make you happy. Nicely decorated, large rooms and good food adds up to it's advantages. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler, especially to first timers like us, in . Luxury hotel in a brilliant location, just a few minutes walk from the Main Square and Souks of Marrakech The hotel was extremely comfortable, all the public areas were sparkling and very clean. Staff were very friendly. One of the best pools I have ever seen. Although it was busy the pool attendants always had sunbeds available. Nice Spa and Gym area. This nice hotel is located quiet and central.You'll reach the souks within a few minutes walking distance. This hotel has a perfect service for everything you'll pay extra. Like dinner in the room and lunch buffet at the pool. Other services like any kind of help at the reception regarding the room or some problems with the TV will be discrete descended. But they assure you to help and never forget you. My wife could only think of one complaint, that her water for her tea was always cold at breakfast and they kept running out of English Breakfast teabags. So not much wrong, really. The room decor was excellent but the bathroom and toilet area could have done with a freshen up. Food delivery in the restaurant and pool bar could be slow at times. There was nothing that I did not like. Lack of coffee machine in the bedroom. Spa was good however some employees are so much qualified which is a shame for the price. Shower pressure was weak. Food was good but very expensive. nothing comes to mind. TV system kept crashing and had to call technician everyday to fix. Swimming pool water tepid......not refreshing at all with high temperature. everething was perfect !. service sometimes slow, and reserving "sun-bed" policy needs to be looked at Urgently. If you need to work via internet, we wouldn't recommend you to book this hotel. The internet connection is never a wifi highspeed connection. We lost hours every day as we had to manage daily our business as usual. Any complaints will be discrete descended.
