The Jasmin restaurant offers high quality meals, based on a series of daily-changing set menus and two gastronomic à la carte menus featuring a wide range of sophisticated dishes, including vegetarian options. The emphasis is on modern French cuisine, some of it with certain local influences, as well as a number of Moroccan specialities, all prepared from fresh local produce by the expert Moroccan chef.

Discreetly located some 25m from main patio is the secluded leisure area. You will find a 10m x 5m heated swimming pool. Along one side is a south facing sunbathing terrace with loungers and parasols. On the opposite side of the pool from the sun terrace is a new building housing. The Spa is at the first floor including a Hammam and separate sauna , two treatment rooms and a rest area. Each having traditional latticed windows overlooking the swimming-pool and sun terrace.
