The service and the corteousness of staff. The buffet breakfast is a nice plus for people waking up at morning with quite of a hunger. location was excellent and the room was very nice. Good location in the New Town. Plenty of restarants nearby. Staff friendly and the milkshakes a welcome treat. Very modern hotel in good location - good restaurant at front. Excellent breakfast.
