The hotel is very Well localed near Medina entrance. Hotel staff are really nice and helpful, though you need to ask for sll informatin as there is no trips or tiurs offers / announcements. Hotel cleaning service is good and breakfast is also very recommended, and we are served free mint tea everyday. I would definitely come back!. I liked where the hotel is located. It's very close to the medina but out side of it. And you can walk to the bus station. It's a long walk to the new part of town, but can be done in 20 to 30 minutes. Comfortable room.
all reviews » Proximity to medina, gardens, cafe and bar (few to none in that area). Pretty quiet. Has roof terrace with great views. Very reasonable price. Breakfast on a pay-as-you-go basis. Right next to Fes railway station and terminal for Supertours busses so handy for moving on. Only a 10 dirham Petite Taxi to medina. Very nice swimming pool and gardens. Thanks to Mohammed and to his colleague from the reception for the cheerful receiving and for helping us printing the plane tickets. Great staff, good location near Bab bujaloud. Which is at the top of the souks so the walk is down hill. Location very handy next to fez el Bali and opposite beautiful gardens. Room ok. Nice clean hotel, friendlly straff and very near to the old medina entrance. Excellent location for visiting the medina. 2 minutes walk to the entrance. Petit taxis everywhere. 10 dirhams fare to the train station. the location was great. very central and in front of a nice park. in 2 minutes walking distance from restaurants and city center. Good location nearby medina, parking possible by hotel. Easy to find. Only issue we had was a taxi tour we hired in the hotel, the taxi driver only spoke French so it was really uncomfortable as we do not know where we went, what we were supposed to see, etc. Make sure you get a taxi driver that can speak a language you can understand. I only wish breakfast was included in price of room. But they can be ordered from hotel. Television in room did not work. Bed not made during our stay but perhaps that's not their style. The bar is lacking in atmosphere but as Morocco is an Islamic country it is not surprising,you can still get a beer at a price!. Hot water was iffy, and the pressure wasn't very good. The breakfast is definitely not worth the extra money. It was no hot water the first night, but we arrived very late. The second day/night everything was ok. Don't expect any form of service from the personal. We stayed for 3 nights but our room was never cleaned. I asked for a receipt 4 times but it never appeared. But still, the hotel is good value for the money. we had some ants in our room and the bathroom could have been cleaner. cleaning staff was nice, but reception wasn't very nice. Hospitality and breakfast could have been better. Bad light in the room.
