  What a great place! We too were upgraded to a larger room because the hotel was not full. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and couldn't be happier. The included breakfast was wonderful especially the fresh orange juice, Moroccon coffee, fresh pastries and more. The tile work, decor and small touches in the hotel are wonderful too. Our first night we ate in the hotel and it - Staff was great (especially Mustafá)! We were 2 couples and we reserved suite amina, but since Hotel wasn't full they upgraded us to 2 beautiful and confortable bedrooms (with great bathroom) in a house just in front of the main building, witch had all facilities corresponding to the main building including wireless wich worked very well! Location is near Bab Guissa, wich is very convenient if you have a car, since you can leave it in the park (not free) just outside medina and walk just a bit

  Receptionist was lovely. She made a special effort to have breakfast available early for us and another couple who were catching an early train to Marrakech. Nice sized room, well appointed. Good shower. Room has on top floor so it was very quiet and has its own balcony although you get a better view over Fes from the adjacent terrace. Just keeping - Friendliness of the riad team - the two ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable, took me to a local hammam, arranged a henna for me. The riad itself is a hidden gem, indeed - luxurious rooms, well maintained and perfectly clean. Royal suite highly recommended, but all rooms have a charm of their own and are a nice choice. Location - 1 min away from one of the two main streets of the medina, yet still on a quiet street, close to a parking lot - ideal for our rentacar. Big thank you to the who

Nothing was too much trouble for Kacem, from booking the airport taxi to providing us with guide maps and giving endless advice, what a nice man!!.   My girlfriend and I stayed in the Riad end of May 2013 after a recommendation of friends. It is a beautiful Riad with very very friendly staff. Christian and Driss have taken good care of us. The breakfast is great, lots of fresh products and home made yogurt and good coffee in the sun on the terrace. I would recommend the riad to everybody who want - Christian, Dris and the team are amazing, very friendly and welcoming. They are always willing to accommodate. The facilities are excellent. the roof terrace offers a great view over the medina. The rooms are huge and very stylish and the ensuite Bathroom is large. Nice lounges on the ground floor so you can get out of the sun on the hottest of days. Thanks again guys

  We stayed in Riad Jean Claude for two nights in October. We booked the Fes twin room because this was the only one available. Like the Meknes room this room is situated on the highest floor of the Riad. The room has a private terrace which gives you a great view over the Fes medina. The room was quite small but offered just enough space for our lu... what people say » ggage. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom had a good shower and all facilities we needed. But there is - Jean Claude was the most helpful friendly host you could possibly find. He collected and dropped us off at the bus station and helped us with onward tickets. The riad was in an excellent location very close to the medina but just far enough away to be quiet. The swimming pool was great to have after a hot day exploring. The delicious breakfast was served in a lovely garden setting and the view from the balcony was spectacular
