The service is impeccable. They greet you with respect and care from the moment you arrive and they take care of you every day. The restaurant has the same level of service and kindness. I felt home here very quickly thanks to the staff. I tried their cooking class today and now I know how authentic maroccan food tasts like when taking the time needed and the correct spices. Wounderful and heart warming...just like maroccans can be.
all reviews » The location in the medina with sea views is perfect. The terrace is gorgeous for sitting and reading. staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the madada room with the private terrace which was lovely for having breakfast on and the large bath was luxury . Upgraded to suite on arrival, free. Very nice to have private balcony eg for breakfast Staff very helpful; cumin tea preparation stabilised a stomach upset! Arranged very comfortable and reasonably priced car direct to Marrakech airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and their recommendations were excellent. The sun terrace was a fantastic place to start the day and to watch the sun set over the ocean. Merci beaucoup!. the view of the sea from the room, the roof terrace, breakfast, the very helpful staff, books, close to center but easy to access from taxi, cheery cats lying in sungood value. The location was excellent - close to sights, shopping, dining, parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the balcony was great. Room was clean. The staff was outstanding and the rooms spacious and full of character. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience there. Great riad, super nice staff, free upgrade to a suite!. That the warm water only last for a few centimeeters in the big bathtub on a damp cold winter day of Essaouira. Nothing!. Wifi signal did not reach terrace rooms. the shower in the bath created a significant flood, just a little bit rickety re window fittings but not significant. Unfortunately, work on the ramparts created a lot of dust (not the riad's fault). Also, two smelly city bins were just under our balcony. Riad just lacked the finishing touches to make it truly "chic" (cigarette buts between balcony and ramparts, unmounted shower head, etc). 24 hr parking is close to 4 euros, as opposed to 2 euros quoted by riad. Nothing. No negatives. decoration should be refresh on the terras. price a bit too high for what is offered. The hotel is quite tired - needs to have some maintenance done Not as impressive or luxurious as photos on web site suggest - average rooms and no atmosphere Service was patchy Overall quite expensive for at best an average experience.
