After our backpacking-trip through southern Maroc we really enjoyed to stay two nights at Emeraude Essaouira. The rooms are lovely and clean. The staff is very friendly and they served us good breakfast on the terrace (nice view). We definitely can recommend to stay here in order to discover Essaouira!. This bright and nicely decorated hotel is located off the beaten track, a pleasant respite from the busy bazaar, and yet close to everything, including the bus station. The staff were friendly and the breakfast, which included fresh juice and fruit, was very good.
