Great design, great taste...from the entrance to waiting room tobathroom and room. Conveniently located. The manager, Mhammed was veryhelpful, courteous and welcoming. Very responsive staff--treated me like a VIP and immediately fixed any problems that arose Good location Huge rooms Comfortable bed and nice linens. the room was fantastic..perfect. I had a problem with my laptop and the staff was very helpful. They let me use the computer in thier office and went out of thier way to make sure I had what I needed.

There was some renovation/repair work during the night and some horriblegas came through the air con vent. We had to sleep with the balcony dooropen. But I understand that this is a one time thing that was overlookedby the management.Breakfast is a bit expensive. There is a strong smell of cleaning agents in the halls at most times of the day.Smell of cleaning agents in hallways. Breakfast is really expensive!!. At the moment of the check out, they charged me the bill in dirham instead of euros and applied a ridiculously high exchange rate, so finally the price I paid was higher than the one I had booked. exchange rate was not the same as the official at the airport. Complimentary coffee turned out not to be complimentary. Unbearably soft mattresses. See-through glass bathroom doors. No chairsother than rolling office chair.poor lighting in kitchen.Should be cleaner[especially floors]. First room had a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals or something.Changed rooms which was better. It has separate toilet and shower areas(with glass doors). Looked very nice but not very practical (no handwash basin near toilet) Had a kitchen area but no way of using it (nopots or pans) Had a dvd player but was not connected to tv, it was justfor audio.- no electricitybox in bathroom to put your hairstyler in (they do have a hairdryer) which was annoying. - unfortunately the staff didn't speak english that good which is strange for such a modern design hotel but they were very friendly. - small restaurant (my room was bigger) with unfort no maroccon dishes, more modern fusion which was of good quality - no eggs for breakfast. I booked the hotel in euros but paid in dirhams which i was not expected. The local Dirham rate charged on my second stay was calculated at aninflated Euro/Dirham exchange rate. Problematic internet, broken windows, very noisy inside and outside... i left the next day, i pay only 1 night, but in reception they try to charge double taxes, and try to tell me that i have to pay all the reservation.
