My second time staying at this hotel,After I saw some of the reviews,i was skeptical,since my last stay was great,I though may be there was a management change,I am glad i booked here again,pleasantly surprise this place is even nicer than last time,,I do agree with some,the music is kind of loud,but next time i will book a suit second or third floor,,other than that,,my husband and i love this place,the rooms are nice,,very clean,,and the staff is really nice.
all reviews » I stayed in Casablanca before,i always stayed in hotels over looking the water,this hotel was not over looking the water,but close enough I can walk to the beach,i enjoyed that,i never had a sound proof room,I never even knew they existed until I read the reviews,I really like that,,the rooms were nice,the service was friendly,price was ok,but for the luxury this hotel has to offer,,it was worth it,. I was skeptical to book here after reading some the reviews complaining about the noise,,,after reading the positive review I decided to book my trip here,,,I am so glad I did,,I liked every thing about this hotel,,,the rooms are nice,the staff is great,,,,worth the trip,,,I enjoyed the food,,I loved the colors,tasteful,,,and my husband who is hard to please was very happy through out our stay. I read some of the reviews,,,I was not sure,,I am so glad I booked this hotel,,was worth the money,and was great,,,my favorite was the staff,,I was skeptical being my first time there,,I was pleased with how accommodating they were,,,the rooms arebeautiful,yes the music was kind of loud for me,,but it is a vacation,and people were having fun,,,I loved it. Its my favorite and best hotel on casablanca .. Every time i come here i stay in this hotel .. Never feel comfort and relaxed like while im staying here. I like rooms, staff , clean, restaurant , location for me , everthing . And for my next visit of course it will the one. Beautifully arranged "Theme" rooms (Elvis Presly, Marylin Monroe etc) Mine was "Napoleon". Valet parking available. Nice bathroom splus guest toilet. Spacious appartment with a nice sitting room. This is a nice place,all around,staff is great,easy to talk to,,I love how nice the rooms are,sound proof was a plus after too many meeting,it was nice to come back to the room and just relax,. I like the decorated rooms and very kind staff. They were very helpful. Good room services as well. I like breakfast buffet. Spa and hammam is very nice one to be tried. I like it. The facilities are classique, the minibar is romantique, each room has a subjet, original and special. Breakfast is good, a bottle of water is offered after it, very considerable!. The interior, very artsy, clean and comfy and the breakfast was good. Warm and friendly staff. Will certainly go back when in Casablanca. The hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. I liked the design of the hotel and the very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast has not a lot of variety however all we have is by good quality and delicious which is more importent. The location, bd Anfa is very good. You have very nice places around. Very good for city walking. The staff were extra helpful and friendly doing their best to make our stay a pleasurable one. Large terrace with room. Would be good for hosting a small party. Normal hotel. the music was loud,but it was a weekend,,so I can understand,. The food was good,,I liked the tageen,,but I am not big on kuskus ,I like rice better,,something that is not on there menue,I thought they should have rice ,at least as a side dish,side of kuskus is not the same. I loved every thing. I liked everything,,may be the music was kind of loud on a week day,,,. Nothing. No discounts for repeat customers,this is my fifth time there,I did get an upgrade once ,but no discount. Wi-fi signal is very weak in the rooms. Arrangement of the room was not fit for 3 adults and 1 children as it showed in the website then they made the arrangment after our complain by using the bed underneath the sofas. The price was much higher than the booking was made. No scenery outside the window, just a small roof. Not found pen in a room. Really expensive. Nothing. The live music in the restaurent reaches at my room at 3th floor. We had some difficulty with the wi-fi connection and some of the rooms which were all theme based were a bit too much. Try to ask for the rooms on the upper floors as they have sunlight coming in. Nightclub noise coming through to room til 1am. Paper thin walls and the usual sound effects that accompany that. Breakfast buffet was lacking sufficient plates and utensils. Location was far from attractions, with few supporting services in the evening. Cab drivers were not familiar with the property, mistaking it each time for Oum Palace. Not a 5 star hotel, mini bar didn't work which was reported then it was changed for another that didn't work so we had to get buckets of ice to get cold drinks in our room. Staff game with minibar.Room comfort is suffered from design pretensions. Cold meals for breakfast. the breakfast and the staff at the breakfast. ugly rooms with awfull views bad location if you are a tourist cold breakfast photos on site are much better than the reality. Food, staff and facilities are not for four star hotels, hardly you can give them 2 stars. dirty rooms, small resturant and shorts of food tools ( tee cups, forks,spoones....etc.) if you come for breakfast at 7:00 you will find nothing to eat...Wi Fi is not avaliable in the rooms + very weak signal at the luby..I give this Hotel 2.8 in stead of 8.2 !!. The bed cover was sooo dirty !.
