This was really a lovely and very special stay. The location of the Kasbah du Peintre is nestled in a small village exactly as described, 6km on from Ait Benhaddou. We were so glad we stayed here. The signs make it fairly easy to find. The kasbah is very large, with rooms everywhere it seemed. It has been beautifully restored and decorated with paintings from Azdine Bendra, who lives in the house with his brother and his wife. We were given the warmest welcome and hospitality and it was a re.
