Location is excellent. Especially for wandering along the seafront and selecting one of the many restaurants for dinner. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Our room with a sea view was large and comfortable. There are many types of rooms and some have a poor outlook you need to be carefull about your choice of room. The breakfast which was included in room cost was very nice, with many different choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Location , comfort. Location. It is only the location of the hotel which was close to the beach. You have to pay additional for use of the Spa - even for a swim or the hot tub - outside of hours 10am to 4pm. As you are generally outside during these hours, you almost always have to pay to use the hotel Spa - including the gym! This is ridiculous in a 5 star hotel that is named 'Hotel & Spa'. If you used the Spa regularly during your stay, this would significantly increase the cost of your stay. Buffet style meals. There needs to be more dining options. Cost was very expensive per day for the room, which was not out of the ordinary. When we where about to check out we where told that the rooms were not paid for even tough the rooms were paid in full when they were booked. The issue was sorted quickly when I showed a credit card bill with the payment. Pretty much all was good. Incredibly abrupt staff at reception, helpful but not very friendly. staff at the reception No welcome during arriving. never any salt pepper and when got both pots looked the same.music to loud round the pool. Ver expensive internet, so one went to a nearby cafe with free access. Poorly trained staff, particularly in Reception. Two of the three restaurants require booking at least 24 hours in advance - so they were empty. No reply to email asking about airport transfer. Staff behaviuor managers behaviuor wifi. Services so bad. They don't allow bring anything from outside the hotel such as water. They charge mad 150 ( about us$ 20) for ice which is free in most of the hotels. Your price was too expensive than the normal price. Staff were unfriendly, unprofessional and some were rude! Room cleanliness was not great, in general the service was really bad as a 5 star hotel. We had complain to the duty manager about the service since day 1 however nothing improved during our stay at the hotel! Very poor service, hotel was a disappointment. Unfriendly stuff Poor English/French skills Bad location Not worth the money.
