  We had a lovely one night stay here during our trip through Montenegro. Lidija and her husband were warm and friendy hosts. We booked a studio downstairs and a twin room on the top floor - both rooms were clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. Highly recommended if you are travelling through Kolasin. - On our entire stay in Montenegro at various guesthouses & hostels, this place was the cleanest, have the most hospitable hosts, peaceful & quiet surroundings, topmost hygiene & sanitation, excellent breakfast. I could go on & on. As a wife, mother & woman I found it perfect, compared to the other places we visited in Montenegro.

  We stayed with the Bakic family for 4 nights - and it was the best stay in our entire Montenegro holidays! When we arrived, we were directly offered some rakia, local cheese and prosciutto - which we continued to receive from Jubinka and Slobo during our whole stay! Jubinka and Slobo are very lovely, welcoming and interesting people and we enjoyed... what people say » our conversations with them very much. Jubinka speaks some English and we tried to learn some Serbian from her - so we could communication quite well - The hostel is run by a very hospitable family, with their own garden, farm and a little house to make rakija (Balkans brandy). The couple did not only offer me clean and comfortable accommodation but were also very passionate to introduce me to the local culture. They showed me how to make rakija and shared with me fresh apples and carrots grown in their garden as well as cakes and local dishes prepared by the lovely lady host.   Beautiful location, very comfortable apartment with friendly and helpful owners (picked us up from the station and did our laundry) - Great value for money, very friendly stuff. Wi-Fi connection was excellent.

  Tara lodge was a fantastic place in Kolasin for a group of friends or family. It can hold up to 8 ppl easy. Hospitality was exelent Maja & her sister welcome us with some nice canapes before we went sking, they got us in touch with they frind in town to rent ski & boots for £8 insted of £13 that was in the ski center.Very clean house had e... what people say » vering you need it for coocking.Fireplace was amaising we even cooked chesnuts(shh shsh they shouldt know), fantastis experience we all had a good tim - The owners were helpful and friendly. Two trips were suggested to us while we were in the area and having chosen one arrangements were made and everything went to plan.Transport was also arranged by them and we were met at the station and transported to the lodge where we were met and the facilities of the house were explained to us. transport was also arranged for our return.Great recommendation for local restaurant serving traditional food.everyone very friendly and helpful.

  We stayed in one of the cabin apartments for two nights. The place was incredibly nice in its own right, obviously made with love and feels very cosy. Considering the price was it simply fantastic. Amazing view from the terrace and there are lots of nice country walks nearby, and a national park around 10km away. The location is very nice, with to... what people say » wn just a few minutes away, and it is very peaceful there. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and kind. They welcomed us, offered to take us to and - We never do private accommodation, but this time made an exception. We felt vey pleasant, as the decor of the apartments is very nice and unique - very suitable to the area. Everything is in wood and hand made. The apartment has all the amenities for a self catering unit which is aplaudable for this area. It is very clean and well maintained. The hosts are very pleasant and not intrusive but still willing to help if need be. The location is fine if you are with a car. There are no shops or rest
