It is a family owned hotel. Not big, modern and clean. My room had a lovely balcony directly facing the water. What really makes the hotel special is the people. From the owners of the hotel to staff, everyone is making great effort to look after their guests. I stayed here for 4 nights in May and really enjoyed my stay. On one evening while having my dinner, I asked the hotel restaurant staff how to get to the nearest post office to send some postcards. After my dinner, the hotel offer.
all reviews » Our stay in the hotel casa del mare was very enjoyable. very good location, the beach was just across the street from the hotel. there were comfortable sunchairs and the scenery over the bay was magnificant. the room we stayed in was of good size, the bed was nice and firm to sleep on just the way we like it. the reception staff was proffesional and helpful but the star of the hotel was Nikola( the waiter in the eating area). He was so warm and bubbly person who told us of all extra. Very nice and elegantly beach, enough clean. Very good loungers, hammock, very comfortable. Frequent room service. Baldahinas on the beach are not free of charge. No electric kettle in the room. Pineapple in the fruit basket on the breakfast was for decoration. Would be better if the prices for seafood in the restaurant are lower. A little noisy on the cars that pass by, but if improvements are windows that would not be a problem. This will not stop us going back there. Everything was nice and clean except for the seals in the shower. They were loose and a bit dirty. Though that is a problem throughout the balkans. Not really near any restaurants or cafes, but not a big problem if you have transportation or don't mind taking the bus. The car ferries to tivat are very close. Good for transport but it takes away some of the charm of the beach. the road passing just in front of the hotel, just this point, remains all is good!. Small bathroom, road. nothing. Small bathroom, the coast road between the hotel and the beach, noisy, it is located quite close to the ferry port and the water quality it is affected by the high number of ships passing, presence of oil slicks may be visible in the water.
